By accessing or using TeztMe (tezt.me), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time, and your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Description of Service
TeztMe provides free online personality tests and assessments for educational and entertainment purposes. Test results are generated based on scientifically-informed frameworks but are not intended as professional psychological diagnoses or medical advice. Results should be interpreted as general indicators and not as definitive assessments of personality.
User Accounts
You may use TeztMe without creating an account. If you choose to register, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Intellectual Property
All content on TeztMe — including but not limited to test questions, scoring algorithms, result descriptions, design, graphics, and text — is owned by TeztMe or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may share your personal test results but may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any other site content without our prior written permission.
User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the service. This includes but is not limited to: attempting to access other users' data without authorization, interfering with the operation of the service, using automated tools to scrape content or overload the service, impersonating other users, or using the service for any unlawful purpose.
Disclaimer of Warranties
TeztMe is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Personality test results are for informational and entertainment purposes only and should not be relied upon for clinical, employment, or legal decisions.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TeztMe and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service. This includes but is not limited to damages for loss of data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Changes to the Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising from or relating to the use of TeztMe shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden.
